Set a daily time limit using built-in phone tools. When the timer ends, put the device in another room.
Do not argue every point. Some debates reward no one and cost your akhlaq.
Share beneficial content when you do post. A reminder, a charity link, or something wholesome multiplies good deeds.
Keep the phone out of the prayer area. Physical distance creates spiritual distance too.
