Visiting the Sick Without Making the Room Heavier

Ask before you arrive. Timing, number of visitors, and energy levels matter more than your good intention alone.
Keep visits short unless the person clearly wants company. Tired bodies need rest more than conversation.
Avoid medical advice you are not qualified to give. Bring comfort, not confusion.
Make dua quietly and leave something useful: water, a charged phone cable, or a simple meal for the family caregiving.
Follow up later with a message. Remembering people after the first wave of visitors fades is a mercy they do not forget.
